A Culture of Giving
Your Support Matters
Each year, hundreds of Baron supporters – including parents, alumni, and member of the New York Auxiliary – join together to support the school, contributing more than $2M in cash and pledges. Every gift makes a difference in the lives of our boys and adds to your Baron legacy.
The Baron Fund
Blue Ridge School’s annual fundraising campaign supports programs that directly effect the daily lives of our students, such as classroom supplies, faculty professional development, character education events, and athletic teams.
Capital Gifts
The longterm health and growth of Blue Ridge School depends on the continued support of capital projects such as the John B. Young IV Library, new athletic facilities, and dorm improvements. Likewise, additions to the School’s endowment will ensure the longevity of our fundamental programs
St. George Society
Planned gifts include a wide variety of funding vehicles such as making a life-income gift, transferring assets such as stocks and bonds, or using retirement benefits to support Blue Ridge School. The St. George Society may allow you to give more than you ever thought possible.

“I have seen Blue Ridge School grow and evolve for many decades and I know that the School couldn’t have made—or continue to make—necessary improvements without the generous support of our alumni and friends. Gifts to the Baron Fund bring technology to the classrooms, equipment to the outdoor programs, and gear to our student-athletes. The Fund allows students to visit the many historical sites in Virginia, to attend cultural events, to go on exciting outdoor excursions, and to build character that will last a lifetime.”
