World-Class Coaching Staff
The camp is led by Blue Ridge School’s coaching staff, who together have won eight state championships in the last ten years and guided student-athletes to success in college and beyond. Coaches are assisted by 11th and 12th-grade student leaders who are carefully selected to be good-natured, caring mentors and guides.
The Brotherhood of Teams
Each student joins a team upon arrival. The group dynamic helps each boy not only to feel comfortable sooner, but also to have the confidence to share his skills with others and to try new sports that may be unfamiliar.
Sportsmanship is a Core Theme
Blue Ridge School believes that young men need to learn how to win with grace, lose with dignity, and understand the value of healthy competition. Team sports contribute mightily to a young man’s physical and moral development, and time at Blue Ridge School can help set a boy’s sights for college-preparatory years and beyond.
