Coach Yost enters in his 3rd year as the head athletic trainer. Prior to Blue Ridge School Alec was the special teams coordinator, assistant soccer coach, and assistant athletic trainer at William Monroe High School. He played division 2 football and soccer at Concord University. Alec spends his mornings and weekends managing a cattle farm where he lives, works, and plays on.
