Ali is a graduate of the Mary Baldwin University Program for the Exceptionally Gifted and just completed her Masters Degree at the University of Lynchburg. She is a first-year teacher who
gets it. She is passionate about education, and her teaching portfolio is already vast. Ali is a former lab scientist who changed career paths after reflecting on her “why.” Her goal is to
influence the young scientist and help them find their paths to success through scientific inquiry and unconditional support. She is a classically trained vocalist, and enjoys music, theater,
cooking, baking, card games, and her two adorable cats.
