Danielle has been in Charlottesville for nearly 10 years now, half of those spent studying at UVA, and the other half teaching middle school math at Journey Middle School in Charlottesville. While Danielle has taught math, she has also co-taught special education classes and has a special education background that brings with her a vast understanding of neurodivergent students and their needs.

Danielle practiced ballet and modern dance while in college.  Now she loves to spend time with her friends playing board games, getting out on the water paddle boarding, tubing and rafting, and she plays in a sand volleyball league. Danielle lives on campus with her two kittens.
