Executive Assistant to the Head of School, Kathrin “Kat” Darnell comes to Blue Ridge School with 25+ years of experience.  Most recently Ms Darnell served as the EA to the University of Virginia’s Division Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care.  In addition to her duties as EA to the Head of School, she serves as the Secretary to the Board of Trustees.

Kat is a Greene County resident who believes there’s no place quite like God’s country here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.  Most weekends you will likely find her hiking or at a ball field with her grandchildren.
