Focus on Skill Building

Sports Clinics for Skill Development at Blue Ridge School give boys a chance to develop and grow in the sport they are most passionate about.  Clinics are intensive, specialized training  with small group sizes in lacrosse, soccer, football, basketball and baseball. There is no better option to learn new skills and grow as a player.

Learn from the Best

Our Sports Clinics for Skill Development are led by Blue Ridge School’s championship-level coaching staff. Together these head coaches and their staffs have won 11 state championships, 20 conference championships and sent hundreds of players onto the collegiate and professional levels.  Take advantage of this opportunity as you take the next step as a player with 5 sessions of learning over two days. Are you looking to make the middle school team? Start on varsity? Play in college? At BRS Sports clinics, you’ll receive specialized attention from great coaches who want to help you grow, regardless of your goals.

Holistic Approach to Development

BRS Sport Clinics will not only help you grow on the court or field.  Each clinic will introduce boys to the power of film analysis, strength & conditioning and nutrition.  There are so many ways to improve as a player, this is your chance to learn different ways to get an edge on the competition.

Clinic Schedule

Athletes will stay in the BRS dorms and eat meals in the Williams Dining Hall. Clinics start at 11:00am on Day 1. After moving into the dorm and eating lunch, it will be time to hit the field for Session1. Before dinner there will be Session 2 focused on Strength & Conditioning. After dinner, Session 3 is back on the field.  Session 4 will be a film session. After a good night’s rest, Session 5 will be back on the field after breakfast. The clinic will conclude on the field at 11:30am.
